      Tour Program

After breakfast, the tour guide and a car will pick you up at the hotel to depart for Hung Yen Province. The first stop on this journey is Thu Sy village. With around 500 residents, Thu Sy is known for its traditional craft of weaving baskets and fish traps.

In addition to its reputation for this craft, the village also captivates visitors with its charming old houses that reflect the beauty of rural North Vietnam. Here, you will visit Mr. Luong Son Bac’s home to see the process of creating a handmade product, try your hand at weaving bamboo, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Vietnamese village life.

Next, visitors will head to Cao village, one of the famous incense-making villages known for its fragrant incense sticks with a distinctive herbal aroma that represents the craft. Throughout the village, incense is laid out in spacious areas, creating a beautiful display of vibrant red and yellow colors, accompanied by its unique scent. The incense village of Cao has a long-standing history, deeply intertwined with the cultural traditions of the Hung Yen people.

12:15 PM: You will head to a restaurant featuring traditional Vietnamese dishes in Bat Trang Ceramic Village.

In the afternoon, you will explore Bat Trang Ceramic Village and Ceramic Museum. The museum features a unique architecture with 5 above-ground floors, 1 basement, and two rows of two-story tiled-roof houses on both sides, primarily in earthy brown tones. Visitors can discover, and make ceramic products there.

4:30 PM: We will board the car and return to Hanoi.
