Morning: The company’s car and tour guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart for Ninh Binh. Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, the tour guide will take you to visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. The guide will recount the glorious history of the nation, including the over one thousand years of building and defending the country by our ancestors. You will visit the temples dedicated to Kings Dinh and Le. In addition, Hoa Lu’s terrain is in a semi-mountainous region, transitioning between the mountains and plains, so it features many caves and beautiful landscapes. Every year, Hoa Lu attracts numerous visitors.
12:15 PM: You will head to a restaurant featuring Ninh Binh’s specialties, such as goat meat and crispy rice. For vegetarian guests, if you inform the company in advance, the company will arrange vegetarian meals.
Afternoon: The next destination is Tam Coc, also known as the “Second Best Cave under Heaven.” Tam Coc is a system of three main caves: Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba. Over millions of years, weathering has created these unique caves. You will take a boat ride along the emerald Ngo Dong River, surrounded by majestic mountains and serene waters, making you feel as if you’ve entered a fairyland. With its magnificent scenery and thousands of surrounding limestone mountains, Tam Coc is often called the “Inland Ha Long Bay.” It is a very famous destination for both domestic and international tourists.
Next, from the Tam Coc boat pier, drive East nearly 3 km, and tourists will reach Bich Dong pagoda – an ever-ancient three-tiered cave pagoda. It is only accessible by steep stone steps, but it is really worth climbing up for a charming pagoda and stupendous view from the top.
Then, you will be taken back to the center of Ninh Binh and overnight on this site.
